Ms. Badalyan is a highly accomplished audit and assurance professional with more than 10 years of experience at an international audit and accounting firm, specializing in external audit, financial reporting, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance. Throughout her career, she has developed extensive expertise in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), financial analysis, internal controls evaluation, and the banking legislation and regulatory framework of the Republic of Armenia.
She has successfully led and managed complex audit engagements for a broad portfolio of clients, including commercial enterprises, donor-funded programs, and international projects across Armenia, the CIS region, and other international markets.
Manushak Vahramyan, FCCA

Ms. Vahramyan is a finance and business management professional with more than 15 years of experience across the consulting, banking, and engineering sectors. Throughout her career, she has provided strategic and financial consulting services to various local and international businesses and organizations, supporting business growth, operational efficiency, and strategic development.
She is the co-founder of several successful business initiatives and has actively contributed to the entrepreneurial ecosystem through trainings and workshops focused on entrepreneurship, start-ups, and business development.
Manushak has extensive experience in developing business and marketing plans for private and non-profit organizations and possesses strong expertise in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), financial analysis, and management reporting across diverse industries.
