Ms Badalyan has more than 8 years of professional experience in audit and assurance for the international audit company Grant Thornton CJSC.
She has thorough knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards, RA banking legislation and strong professional experience in audit missions for different types of enterprises, funds and projects in Armenia, CIS and other countries.
Ms Badalyan is experienced in management of a number of audit assignments in various types of industries. She is also an ACCA Professional Scheme Student Member.

Having more than 10 years of experience in financial management, Ms Vahramyan worked in the consulting and banking sectors while doing strategic consulting for various businesses. She co-founded successful businesses/projects herself and held multiple trainings/workshops on the topics of entrepreneurship, start-ups and business development.
Ms Vahramyan is currently the CFO of a multinational engineering company. She elaborated business and marketing plans for various local and international private and non-profit organizations gaining insight in diverse sectors. Ms Vahramyan has profound knowledge of the International Financial Reporting Standards and has extensive financial and management reporting experience in different segments.

Alik has 20 years of experience in Management, Business process management and improvement, Finance, Teaching and providing training in Armenia, CIS and other countries.
Besides 15 years of experience in banking, Mr. Stepanyan has been providing business consulting services for various research and consulting organizations as well as private entrepreneurs writing business plans, financial and marketing plans, delivering market research and business analysis services, re-engineering business processes, conducting training for staff.
